Basic Plan: 100% Free
The basic plan lets you add and share unlimited documents and disclosures for up to 2 properties at a time. When you are done with a property, you can de-activate it then add another one in it's place. The only other limit is that we cap your storage space at 1 gigabyte to control hosting costs, but that should be way more than you need for 2 property's worth of disclosures.Pro Plan: $49 per year
If you have more than two active listings at a time, or need advanced features such as statistics, password protection, and more, we offer a pro plan for only $49 per year. It gives you unlimited storage space for your real estate disclosures and documents.
